Where We Deliver

• Within India: We proudly deliver across India, from big cities to remote areas, using reliable courier services.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or charges according to their country's rules.

Order Handling & Delivery Timeframes

• Processing: Physical products are usually prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Domestic Shipping: Physical products ship within 3-7 business days across India.
• International Shipping: Delivery may take 7-21 business days or more depending on customs and location.
• Consultation Reports: Reports or services (e.g., Kundli Analysis, Tarot) are delivered via email or digital platform within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

Please note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events, weather, courier delays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on shipping type and delivery location. The final cost is calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

• COD is available for Indian deliveries only.
• COD orders carry a delivery fee.
• COD is limited to orders under ₹1000; above that, prepaid payment is required.
• We confirm COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before shipping. If we don't hear back within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in losing COD privileges.

Customs & Import Duties for International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by their country. These may affect delivery timing and cost.

Handling Delays and Lost Packages

• We aren't liable for delays caused by force majeure events, courier issues, strikes, natural events, or customs clearance.

• If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, notify us within 48 hours. We'll work with the courier, but refunds/replacements for lost or stolen packages cannot be guaranteed.

Returned Orders

• If your package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or any other issue, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

VEDICVIBE Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Vedicvibe, each crystal product is thoughtfully energized just for you once your order is placed. Because of this personal touch, we generally do not accept exchanges or replacements. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer exchanges and replacements under certain specific conditions.

1. Exchanges & Replacements

• Exchange Timeframe: Accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us at support@vedicvibe.com or WhatsApp +91 9637173325. We'll arrange pickup and send a replacement.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
• Verification Needed: Photos/videos (including an unboxing video) are required. Claims won't be processed without clear evidence.
• Size Exchanges (Bracelets Only): If size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange. Shipping fees apply both ways. Please check our size chart before ordering.

2. What Cannot Be Returned, Exchanged, Replaced or Refunded

• Change of mind or personal preferences after delivery.
• Natural variations in color, size, or texture of crystals and beads.
• Used, worn, or customer-damaged items.
• Minor packaging damage not affecting the product.
• Defects/damages not attributable to us.
• Customized or personalized energized products.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. We try to accommodate cancellations before energizing or shipping, but cannot guarantee it. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

4. Refunds

Refunds are rare and issued only at our discretion. If approved, deductions apply:

• Payment processing fees (~6%)
• Shipping costs (outbound & return)
• Making & energizing fees (10%)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method, after product return.

5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Possible

• Packages lost during transit (a replacement will be sent instead).
• Refused or cancelled deliveries (customer pays return shipping).
• Packages returned due to customer unavailability (re-shipping fees apply).
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
• Used or damaged returns.
• Minor packaging damage not affecting quality.

6. How to Request an Exchange

• Select reason for exchange & upload photos/videos for verification
• Our QC team will review and guide you through pickup & replacement

7. Physical Goods (Crystals, Rudraksha, Accessories)

• Returns accepted within 48 hours if damaged or unused, in original packaging.
• Exchanges allowed only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

8.Services / Consultations (Tarot, Numerology, Kundli Analysis)

• Services are non-refundable once the session has started or the report has been delivered.
• Any disputes should be communicated within 24 hours of service delivery.
