Where We Deliver
- Within India: We proudly deliver across India, from big cities to remote areas, using reliable courier services.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or charges according to their country’s rules.
Order Handling & Delivery Timeframes
- Processing: Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or specially energized crystal orders may take longer.
- Domestic (India): Expect your package in 3 to 10 business days.
- International: Delivery may take 7 to 21 business days or more, depending on customs and location.
Please note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events, weather, courier delays, or customs clearance.
Delivery Timelines for Products & Services
- Physical Products (Crystals, Bracelets, Rudraksha, etc.): Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and customs (for international orders).
- Consultation & Digital Services (Tarot, Kundli, Numerology, Reports): Consultation reports or digital services are delivered via email, WhatsApp, or online session within 24–48 hours from payment confirmation or as per the scheduled appointment time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on shipping type and delivery location. The final cost is calculated at checkout.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
- COD is available for Indian deliveries only.
- COD orders carry a delivery fee.
- COD is limited to orders under ₹1000; above that, prepaid payment is required.
- We confirm COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before shipping. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in losing COD privileges.
Customs & Import Duties for International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by their country. These may affect delivery timing and cost.
Handling Delays and Lost Packages
- We aren’t liable for delays caused by force majeure events, courier issues, strikes, natural events, or customs clearance.

- If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within 48 hours. We’ll work with the courier, but refunds/replacements for lost or stolen packages cannot be guaranteed.
Returned Orders
- If your package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or any other issue, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
