VEDICVIBE Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Vedicvibe, each crystal product is thoughtfully energized just for you once your order is placed. Because of this personal touch, we generally do not accept exchanges or replacements. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer exchanges and replacements under certain specific conditions.

1. Exchanges & Replacements
  • Exchange Timeframe: Accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us at care@vedicvibe.com or WhatsApp +91 9637173325. If approved the replacement product will be shipped and delivered to you within 7-9 business days.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
  • Verification Needed: Photos/videos (including an unboxing video) are required. Claims won’t be processed without clear evidence.
  • Size Exchanges (Bracelets Only): If size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange. Shipping fees apply both ways. Please check our size chart before ordering.
2. What Cannot Be Returned, Exchanged, Replaced or Refunded
  • Change of mind or personal preferences after delivery.
  • Natural variations in color, size, or texture of crystals and beads.
  • Used, worn, or customer-damaged items.
  • Minor packaging damage not affecting the product.
  • Defects/damages not attributable to us.
  • Customized or personalized energized products.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. We try to accommodate cancellations before energizing or shipping, but cannot guarantee it. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

4. Refunds

Refunds are rare and issued only at our discretion. If approved, deductions apply:

  • Payment processing fees (~6%)
  • Shipping costs (outbound & return)
  • Making & energizing fees (10%)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method, after product return.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services

Services offered by Vedicvibe, including but not limited to Tarot Reading, Kundli Analysis, Numerology Consultations, Energy Healing, and other spiritual services, are intangible in nature and delivered digitally or through live consultation.

  • Once a service session has started, or a report/analysis has been generated or delivered, Once the service is booked, it is not-refundable and not-cancellable.
  • If a service cannot be delivered due to technical issues or unavailability from our side, we may reschedule the session or offer store credit at our discretion.
6. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Possible
  • Packages lost during transit (a replacement will be sent instead).
  • Refused or cancelled deliveries (customer pays return shipping).
  • Packages returned due to customer unavailability (re-shipping fees apply).
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
  • Used or damaged returns.
  • Minor packaging damage not affecting quality.
